SQL FULL OUTER JOIN / CROSS JOIN
`FULL OUTER` keeps unmatched rows from BOTH sides. `CROSS JOIN` is the Cartesian product — every row of A paired with every row of B. Rare but useful for date-spine and matrix generation.
